1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund for any new subscription if you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, provided your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
You do not need to provide a reason. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- This is your first subscription to that plan (the guarantee applies to initial purchases, not renewals — see Section 3)
- Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions
- The subscription was purchased through Djib Smart's official channels (not through a reseller or partner)
3. Renewal Charges
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
However, if an automatic renewal charges your account and you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal date, and you have not used the Service significantly during that period, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact us via our contact form with the subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the date of purchase
- Optionally, let us know how we can improve — though this is not required
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process it within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through our authorized payment provider using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Once approved, refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We do not issue refunds by cash, bank transfer, or any method other than the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Currency conversions and bank fees are outside our control and are not covered by the refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Custom development, implementation, or professional services fees
- One-time setup or onboarding fees
- Add-on services purchased separately from the core subscription
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window has expired
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions
- Subscription renewals (see Section 3)
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refunds are two separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.
- Refund returns the payment you made and, if approved, ends your subscription and access immediately.
